Essential Skills for Thriving Communities

Are you an individual who is interested in getting involved in your community, but you don’t know how to volunteer or are put off by what you read in the press and online about governance, accounting requirements, insurance difficulties and other challenges facing local groups?

Are you a voluntary group or charity so busy ‘doing’ great work in your community that communicating the impact of what is being done, the difference it is making and how others can help and support and get involved is taking a back seat?

Have you got a great grant-writer on your committee, but you now need to raise additional unrestricted funds or raise match funding to be eligible for grants?

This autumn and winter Ballyhoura Development is offering a series of FREE training and linked workshops to support individuals and community groups to continue to deliver the great work making such a vital impact in our towns and villages.
