Ballyhoura Development recently participated in the latest transnational meeting of the MyCo project, hosted in Turin, Italy. The meeting marked an important stage in the project as partners move towards finalising outputs and preparing for local delivery and pilot activities.

Throughout the meeting, project partners focused on reviewing and refining the final MyCo project tools and resources. This included a preview of the near-final MyCo web applications, where partners explored the content, structure, and usability of the platforms to ensure the resources are practical, accessible, and ready for use.

Partners also had the opportunity to test the MyCo game, providing feedback on how it can be integrated into project activities and workplace learning environments. The session helped strengthen a shared understanding of how the different project elements will work together in practice.

A key focus of the meeting centred on the design and delivery of workshops. Partners explored approaches to structuring and facilitating inclusive sessions to ensure the activities developed through the project can be delivered effectively within workplace settings. This links closely with Ballyhoura Development’s engagement with employers and supports the practical application of the project outputs in day-to-day workplace environments.

The partnership also reviewed dissemination activities to ensure a coordinated approach to sharing project outputs across all partner regions. In addition, project monitoring and evaluation processes were discussed to support consistent reporting and impact measurement throughout the partnership.

Next Steps

The MyCo project now moves into its final phase, with a strong focus on finalising and piloting activities at local level.

Ballyhoura Development will work with local employers to test the MyCo tools and workshop approaches within real-world workplace settings. These pilot activities will support the practical application of the project and help inform how the outputs can continue to be used beyond the lifetime of the project.
