Free Manual Handling Course in Hospital – Empower to Employ

Ballyhoura Development, through the Empower to Employ Programme, is delighted to offer a Free Manual Handling Course to eligible participants.

This half-day training is designed to provide participants with the correct lifting techniques to prevent back injury. Manual Handling equips participants with the knowledge and skills to assess risk and approach heavy lifting situations safely in the workplace.

• Open to those who are unemployed and in receipt of a social welfare payment
