The ADHD Parenting Programme is a four-week, in-person parenting programme designed to support families in Kilmallock with practical, evidence-based tools for understanding and supporting children with ADHD.

The programme is delivered using a practical, interactive, trauma-aware and neurodiversity-affirming approach. Workshops are strength-based and solution-focused, with a strong emphasis on empowerment. The programme creates space for parents to be heard, understood and equipped with strategies that can realistically be used at home.

Sessions combine education, discussion and reflective activities to ensure learning is engaging, practical and relevant to everyday family life.
