Using mindfullness techniques you will learn to direct your attention to what is happening right here, right now. You will cultivate an attitude of kindness towards yourself and your experiences. What's Involved? This is a free 4-week programme aimed at anybody who is feeling stressed or anxious or who simply wants to take time to focus on their own wellbeing and self-care.
