Healthy Relationships Workshop

This workshop will focus on specific areas of healthy relationships content.

As part of 16 Days of Action, Ballyhoura Development CLG in partnership with Adapt House and Hospital Family Resource Centre, are hosting a free Healthy Relationship Workshop. 

This workshop will focus on specific aspects of healthy relationships, such as communication skills and recognizing red flags.

It is designed to meet the needs of all participants and will explore the distinctions between healthy and unhealthy relationships, including topics such as consent. Participants can expect a relaxed atmosphere where they can learn valuable information about building and maintaining healthy relationships.
