Join us for the Citizen Centered Social Services (CITICESS) Stakeholder Briefing on Wednesday, February 25th, 2026, at the Charleville Park Hotel.

This informal morning session will take the form of a round-table discussion over a light breakfast, bringing services together to reconnect, reflect on progress, and shape next steps collectively. As we move from our initial pilot work into a broader framework for community support and safety, your input remains vital to our success.

Focus Areas: Breakthrough & Social Safety

The briefing will provide a focused update on two core pillars of our work:

  • Ballyhoura Breakthrough Update: A progress report on our pilot action in Charleville’s Northside estates, highlighting how the "Breakthrough Method" is helping families overcome complex barriers through intensive, multi-agency collaboration.
  • The event will mark the launch of The Social Safety Approach, a new community-led initiative to strengthen safety, wellbeing, and social cohesion. This project is funded by the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration under the Community Safety Fund
  • Collaborative Networking: A facilitated session to help stakeholders align resources and strengthen the local support network.
The event will also feature the launch of Migrant Apprenticeship Pathways (MAP) Ireland, a Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration funded initiative supporting migrant access to apprenticeship and employment pathways.
