Paediatric First Aid Training

Are you a parent, guardian, or caregiver looking to feel more confident in responding to common childhood emergencies? 

Ballyhoura Development is hosting free Paediatric First Aid training sessions in Kilmallock, Croom and Hospital this November.

This practical and informative course is designed for anyone who wants to be able to provide basic first aid at home for children. Whether you’re a new parent or simply want to be prepared, this course offers essential skills in a friendly and supportive environment.

By the end of the session, participants will have learned simple, effective life-saving techniques useful in a family or childcare setting, including how to respond to:

• Minor injuries

• Choking

• Head injuries

• Seizures

• Epilepsy

• Diabetes

• Asthma

All you need to bring is yourself – no previous first aid experience is required.
