It is so easy to get bound up in the ‘doing’, the planning, and the execution of projects, that often the importance of communicating to our communities, to businesses, and to the wider world can get neglected.

However, talking about the great work your group is doing is vital. It helps build public awareness, attract support and funding, and encourages others to want to get involved and help. Effective communication also fosters transparency, builds trust, and leads to stronger, more resilient communities that can address local issues and create lasting positive change.
