Ballyhoura Development is hosting an informative and supportive ADHD Parenting Workshop designed for parents, adults with ADHD, and anyone supporting children or adults with ADHD or suspected ADHD.

This workshop will explore a greater understanding of the ADHD brain, common challenges experienced in everyday life, and practical approaches to support wellbeing, organisation and emotional regulation.

The session also aims to create a welcoming space for parents and participants to connect, share experiences and access guidance and support.

About the Workshop

This interactive workshop will explore:

  • Understanding the ADHD brain

  • ADHD strengths and positive approaches
  • Practical supports for daily life and wellbeing

The workshop will run for approximately 2 hours, with the final 30 minutes dedicated to tea, coffee and refreshments, providing an opportunity for parents and participants to:

  • Meet and connect with others
  • Share experiences and stories
  • Ask questions
  • Seek advice and support from the facilitator
